Eligibility for Returns 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
  • Ensure that all tags, labels, and boxes are returned in their original state. 
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any form are not eligible for return. 
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe. 
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Initiate a Request 
Email your return request, including your Order ID and the reason for return, to dealdivemedia@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos 
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos highlighting the issue for quicker processing. 

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions 
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return process. 

We reserve the right to decline returns that fail to comply with our guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to confirm compliance with our return requirements. You will then be notified whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

In situations where an item partially meets return conditions (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be provided at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, you must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or videos of the issue in your email so that we can resolve the matter quickly.
