Shipping Locations 

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping. 

Processing Time 

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. 
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the complete details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Our standard delivery period is typically 3–8 business days, ensuring that your chosen products reach you promptly and securely. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may then request a re-delivery. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt, along with photographic proof. 
In the event of a shipment being lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
