Cancellation Policy  

At Drapenest, managed by Dealdive Media, we strive to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains the process for canceling orders. In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dealdive Media, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We understand that preferences may change, and you may sometimes need to cancel an order. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first. 

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

At present, we do not allow modification of products or shipping addresses once an order has been placed. In such cases, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
